Recordist's notes

Apartment building and lift mechanism ambience captured on a Tascam DR-05X. It peaks on occasion but you will have to forgive me; at time of recording I had just got off a flight after being delayed for several hours. I was tired and queasy, to the point I was actually sick on the plane, only to arrive at my AirBnB to find I was locked out. To lift my spirits I decided to capture the strange echoes of comings and goings on other floors, as well as the lift's loud whirr. Eventually I ended up having a lovely holiday and the room was super nice.
