A recording of a few minutes in a small bakery/cake shop in Eivissa (Ibiza town) - (Bonanza Pasteles Y Helados S.L.) You can hear the people mostly speaking in "Ibicenco" the dialect of Catalan that is the traditional language of the island. Recording equipment: ZOOM F6 and stereo pair of DIY EM272 Clippy microphones. Recorded by David S.
