Recordist's notes
many Barn swallows (Hirundo rustica, german: Rauchschwalbe) nesting in the entrance hall ob Berlin Buch S-Bahn sttaion. Around 15 nesting aids have been attached to the walls, half of the young birds have already fledged. The station is closed and so is the nearby main road, due to construction and renovation work, which can be heard in the recording. (SD702, Audio Technica BP4025
