Recordist's notes
The internal condenser-mics of my fieldrecorder (H4N Pro) were used. The device stood on the stonewall around the clocktower on a small stand and pointed south-west. It was a sunny morning, which was particularly silent at first, because of the corona-virus lockdown. All of a sudden the alarm of a car standing somewhere far away began to beep loudly, and the noise overlaid the whole area around the "Schlossberg" and "Hauptplatz". Shortly after the alarm had stopped the curch-bells of Graz began to ring at 7 o'clock in the morning, together with the bells of the clocktower immediately behind me. After the churches went quiet again, I stopped the recording.
