Recordist's notes

further down the trail more valley oaks seemed to appear. heard a lot of birds here: trills of a spotted towhee, more oak titmouses and American crows, acorn woodpeckers, and maybe some nuthatches and/or Bewick's wrens. the creek was dry, but it made me want to return to record after a some heavy rain. recorded in stereo with zoom f3 and pair of lom mikroUsi pro condenser mics mounted to a foraged broken branch
