Recordist's notes
Part of the 'Secret Sound' project for schools. A Year 2 class from St Barnabas Primary were taught how to use Zoom H1 recorders and sent about their school to record the ambience of locations around it. This is one of several recordings they made. The best part was the enjoyment the pupils took from activating the space or object they found. The recordings were put on a sound map [initially on 'Map Maker' June 2012 http://www.st-barnabas.oxon.sch.uk/buzz/exhibition/st-barnabas-soundmap].
