The nineteenth distance post in HK Trail, located at the west side of Matilda International Hospital. You can listen to the bird calls around noon, and the traffic sounds the road from far away. 港島徑第十九個標距柱，位於明德國際醫院西面。你可聽到接近中午時雀鳥的叫聲，以及遠遠馬路傳來的車聲。
