Recordist's notes

Kostel sv. Jana Nepomuckého Na Skalce byl kdysi založen jako kaplička na původní vinici Skalka. V roce 1691 ji založil na dolním konci Karlova náměstí mniši z nedalekého kláštera Na Slovanech. V roce 1706 bylo při kapli ustanoveno bratrstvo pod ochranou Panny Marie ke cti Jana Nepomuckého, svatořečeného v roce 1729.
