Recordist's notes
Spring peepers and snoring leopard frogs. American bittern doing the strange "onck-a-tsonk" throughout. Toads trilling continuously with their high-pitched call after a motorcycle went by. In that section there are also sandhill cranes with their raucous call, a whinnying sora rail, and a Canada goose.Recorded by Brian and Kandyd Szuba with unsupervised Zoom H2n suspended in bird feeder on May 8, 2023 at 9:04 pm. Recording made for the Community Soundscapes exhibition by New Adventures In Sound Art (NAISA).
