Recordist's notes

The Lille cathedral big bell. I ring it manually, making contacts in the electrical table, as the system is completely defective. Two monthes after, the second bell lost its clapper. Quite a dangerous place to record... This recording was made during the writing of a book about the Lille cathedral.
