A staircase connects the upper part of Wiener Platz with the main square. Around the seating areas, voices, conversations and footsteps dominate the near field. At the same time, the underground lines 18/13 and the squeak of the escalator can be clearly heard in the distance. The listening location connects the immediate social sound field with the sounds of the underground system.
