Recordist's notes
Fisherboats leaving the lock at Ostende harbour, vhf radio comms, engine noises etc. The hissing noise in the background is from a neighbouring dry dock where they were sandblasting another boat. Could well have done without that but you only get so many chances... Recorded with a bare Zoom H4n lying on a bollard.
