The Monkey King Sun Wukong, endowed with magic powers, has to be put under control. Therefore the Jade Emperor dispatches Sun to take care of the peach garden and entitles him ‘Great Sage Equaling Heaven’. However, as the Heavenly Queen Mother plannes to hold a peach banquet without inviting Sun, the Monkey King is indignated and puts heaven in uproar.
