Recordist's notes

There was this research on “silence in Marseille” which questioned the silence in the city and what it allows to hear. That day my steps took me to a labyrinthic hill made of alleys & maze stairs, in the direction of the ND de la garde, from the east, to the very top, a dead end. A little breathless I listened to the city from above: among the villas & gardens, a rummy pigeon launched his song of love & a tenor worked his vocalizations.
