Recordist's notes
A section of audio was taken at this location in response to an experimental score provided by Sofie Narbed as part of the Wildways: People Place and Time online residency; "Take your attention to the surfaces that surround you, their spread and lines and textures. Mould your body to a surface. You could stand or lie or go upside-down or roll maybe. Try and stay connected with the surface for a few minutes if you can. What are things like from here?". The recording was taken from a position with my back pressed against the bark of a tree and the microphones placed on the bark of the tree at ear height. Ambient recording at this location using a Zoom h5 and a matched pair of Clippy EM272 high sensitivity omni-directional low noise microphone's. www.themuseumoflossandrenewal.life/wild-ways/
