Recordist's notes
This is a brief recording of the Ralston Creek, which cuts through Iowa City. This is near the Longfellow Trailhead off of Grant Street and Sheridan Avenues. Notice the faint sounds of hammering in the distance to the east. I recorded about a foot above the the eddy using a Tascam DR100 MKiii. This recording was captured on a crisp, Indian Summer day with a slight westerly breeze.
