Recordist's notes
A recording from the sidewalk next to an intersection in the square. There's a metal plate in the middle of the road, which produces a characteristic clunk whenever a vehicle drives over it. This part of town is way quieter than the central area around the park. Birds can be heard, as well as people walking along to sidewalk. At one point a lady empties trash into a dumpster directly in front of the recorder. [Tascam DR-100mkiii & Primo EM272 omni mics]
