Recordist's notes
One of the ponds at Laurel Park. The recorder was placed on a picnic table to capture the soundscape of the surrounding area. Birds, park visitors, children playing, traffic, people walking around the pond, and noises from the nearby houses can all be heard in the distance. The water in the pond is still and produces no sound of its own. [Tascam Dr-100mkiii & Primo EM272 omni mics]
