Recordist's notes
intense rustle of a very active anthill. a morphing bed of ants covering a patch of about two meters. I picked up the sound of it already about 20-15 meters away. at first i thought it's a small rustling stream or a tree with shriveled leaves o that it is begging to rain to find this huge, bustling anthill only then. the recorder placed on two logs, very close to the ground. ants climbing the windscreen.
