Recordist's notes
one of my favorite places sound-wise from my trip to Japan. Waiting for my dinner at Ootoya restaurant. Jazz music (played in many restaurants in Japan, even the really cheap ones, from what i have noticed), rattle from the kitchen, hushed conversations, waitresses talking to customers and serving food, customers walking in and out, a man eating his food loudly - slurping and grunting.
