Monday 9:00 pm on a street in the La Fraguita neighborhood. A car is parked, but running. Occasionally some vehicles, motorcycles pass by. In the distance, heavy vehicles can be heard passing from a somewhat busy street. Footsteps of people passing by. Some people talking. Barking, meowing from neighborhood pets. A door open.
