Recordist's notes

Cicadas and other insects mark the end of summer in ornamental cherry trees between a small river and a residential neighborhood. We can also hear traffic, agricultural machinery (rice harvester), and other human sounds. Recorded with a Sony PCM-M10 recorder and FEL Clippy EM172 mics mounted on opposite sides of a tree trunk about 20cm in diameter.
