Recordist's notes

DEV Inox cars are the result of an order from SNCF in 1950, for the supply of main-line cars intended to modernize flag trains. The Car Studies Division (DEV), whose concern is maximum lightening of cars without sacrificing safety, is studying the construction of these cars jointly with the company Carel Fouché (only licensee for the operation of the Budd process) using stainless steel Captation : ZOOM H3-VR
