Recordist's notes

Valparaíso is a city of dogs, they're all over the place. Here at Plaza el Descanso, an bunch of them seems to have fun chasing cars at night. It's not clear what exactly attracts them, maybe the sound of the brakes, tyres or something inaudible to humans, however, they attack really tough, biting the wheels jumping against he running vehicle. People seem to be used to this spectacle, it doesn't draw much attention at all.
