Recordist's notes

the noise is the sound of a very heavy rain outside. every once in a while the downpour smashes on the lid leading to the roof and on a plastic window. Someone in the storage unit is having a conversation through their phone's loudspeaker. the elevator goes down - its machinery is just on the other side of the wall. inhabitants walking on the floor.
