The Eulenspiegel Glockenspiel is situated on an old house (built 1758) in the Kohlmarkt and claims to play at 12noon, 3pm and 6pm daily (Hmm! I only heard it play at 12noon). A clown/fool in a green hat appears a the melody plays and disaapears when it is finished.
