after a heavy storm a lot of water gathered behind the building so a fire brigade has been called to pump out all the water. hum of the fire truck's engine, blips of fireman shortwave transmiter and bitcrushed conversation over the radio. dogs barking with fantastic reverb over the nearby big apartment buildings. kids playing in the water, running around in their wellingtons (roland r-07)
