Recordist's notes
The Kerkerbach creek passes a little waterfall here, most probably an artificial one from former times, in order to create a gradient in the flow, for driving a mill or some devices. The whole area was known for iron ore mining, a special railway went through this valley and was named after the Kerkerbach creek, Kerkerbachbahn. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerkerbachbahn (in german)
