Recordist's notes
A recording made along Little Nancy Creek. The trickling of water is the predominant sound, but children in the background are still quite audible. There are birds and other environmental sounds interspersed throughout the recording. A dried leaf can be heard rustling in close proximity to the left microphone at the end of the recording. This recording was made using the "tree ears" strategy, whereby the microphones were mounted on each side of a medium-sized tree. The result is a large stereo separation.
