Recordist's notes
Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen, Svalbard islands. Recording in a small pool of still water. Tascam DR100-MKIII, two hydrophones Jez Riley French d-series at about 30 cm distance. Wav 96 kHz, 24 bit, converted in MP3 320 kbps. two consecutive recordings with identical hydrophone positions except: - 1st recording (+-6 minutes) I used the hydrophones directly (jack plug), - 2nd recording (+-6 minutes) I used XLR impedance matching adaptors (thoses provided by JRF). I selected and edited in sequence: 3'20 of the first recording and 3'20" of the second; the two recordings are separated by a 6" silence.
