Recordist's notes

Le Moulin Légaré is an old mill that was built in 1762. The sound we ear is from the waterfall just beside the mill. The Moulin Légaré is the oldest Mill still using the force of water to produce 30 - 40 tons of Buckwheat flour and wheat flour using traditional methods. Recorder: Zoom H2N + homemade stereo mic. We can ear somebody walking by, sorry for the wind noise.
