small jet plane idling on the runaway, making so much noise with its jet engines it basically drowns all other surrounding sounds. passengers on the observation deck are not able to hear the announcements. a TAP flight will land any minute and there is a lot of commotion on the airfield getting ready for handling the incoming flight. The plane lands at some point but still the small jet plane is louder. You can hear the difference after it takes off around 5th minute of the recording.
