Parada Foundation is a Romanian NGO created in Bucharest in 1996 by a French clown, Miloud Oukili. It is part of the Federation of NGOs for children’s protection (FONPC) since 2002. The aim of the organisation is to help street children and young people as well as homeless families thanks to various services like integration, social assistance, education and socio-professional integration.
