Praça Alto das Covas

These recordings are part of the Linschoten Workshop, a work done with the students of the Francisco Drummond school of eighth year. A sound landscape workshop with which a mapping has been made walking the city of Angra do Heroísmo, a world heritage site, through the Linschoten map, a map of the XVi century, which draws the Renaissance city. With the field recordings an experimental concert of sound landscapes was held for the commemorations of UNESCO. 2019. The tour visits the city center of Angra. Jardim Duque da Terceira, Praça Velha, Rua Direita, Rua São João, Alfandega, Prainha, Clube Náutico, Igreja da Sé, Igreja dos Sinos, Praça Alto das Covas, Mercado do Duque de Bragança-Peixeria.
