Recordist's notes

RNLI lifeboat Grace Darling on the move ... the boat has been on a practice run ... the boat is pulled from the water using a caterpillar tractor unit which then pushes it along the quay to the life boat station ... every movement of the boat is proceeded by a klaxon ... initially a four wheeled vehicle with trailer collects ropes and other items ... background noise ... voices ... finally the boat and its gantry are hosed down ... lavalier mics clipped to baseball cap ...
