Recordist's notes
There was a sudden rain storm as we approached the Cathedral at perigueux. I sheltered in an alcove formerly inhabited by a statue and waited for the rainstorm to pass. There were other families in the sheltering in the alcoves on either side. The rain was so fierce that it was bouncing off the tarmac and splitting into smaller droplets creating a ground mist. This was recorded with an Edirol R-09HR.
