Recordist's notes
A little terrace at the lake side, people sitting there under the trees and a penetrating subterran buzz filled the air. Two of them sat in wheelchairs and I wondered whether is is a good place at the moment to "park". The sound came from under a metal plate (?) in the ground and I thought it might have something to do with canalisation/water filters/pumps connected to the lake. Recorded with a ZoomH4n.
