Recordist's notes

… the bells are ringing for an evening prayer in lent… I listen into the passing resonances… it takes more than three minutes for the bells to sound out… the changing sounds and melodies are amazing… then I go into the old prayer room, one of the oldest in the city… …die Glocken rufen zu einem Abendgebet in der Fastenzeit… ich höre zu bis sie ganz verklungen sind… mehr als drei Minuten dauert es für die Glocken, zum Stillstand zu kommen… das Ausklingen erzeugt ganz erstaunliche Klänge und Melodien… dann geh ich in den alten Betraum, einen der ältesten der Stadt…
