Recordist's notes
a close up recording of sounds of a turntable lid. the springs in the hinges of the lid made various clattering and ringing sounds while the lid was being slowly raised and lowered. at the beginning of the recording until about 1:30, a second sound space stands out, dispersed church bells sounding over the neighborhood in the distance which makes a wonderful contrast to the detailed sounds of the lid (roland r-07)
