Das menschliche Ohr besitzt ca. 30.000 afferente Nervenfasern, die die Verarbeitung der eintreffenden Schallwellen zum Gehirn weiterleiten. Aber es besitzt auch ca. 500 efferente Nervenfasern, die das Gehör willentlich steuern können - das ist selektive Aufmerksamkeit. In der überfüllten Mensa bleibt so noch Konzentration für ein Gespräch mit der besten Freundin. Mein Dictaphon kann das natürlich nicht.
