On the first Wednesday of every month in the state of Minnesota the outdoor warning sirens are tested at 1pm. This is a recording of one such test. Shortly after the test concludes a street cleaner comes by to clean all the sand from the winter off the streets. This is a true sign of spring Recorded with Zoom H5
