Recordist's notes

Once again, these high apartment blocks create a big reverberation for every sound made here. A blackbird sings, not fluently. He is often repetitive as if reminding himself of the melodies and phrases. Maybe this is the first time he has sung this year. The bitterly cold weather ended a few days before and quickly more birds are singing in the first spring sunshine. A very small kid passes by on his very small bike.
