Recordist's notes

The recording was made at the Rathaus Lichtenberg tram stop. There is a polyrhythmic intersection there. The tram changes rhythm in time with the local traffic lights, all accompanied by the slow, monotonous tapping of the tactile traffic signal (“tok – tok – tok”); this signal indicates the location of the traffic light pole.
