Recordist's notes

Delancey Street/Essex Street train station. This station connects F, J, and M train lines with people commuting to work from Brooklyn, Queens, and Coney Island. As a result, this station tends to be very crowded, especially during rush hour. This recording captures the soundscape of the station at 6:40 am (close to rush hour) emptied of people due to the Covid-19 quarantine. Zoom h6
