Recordist's notes
Driest summer ever recorded in most places. People told us that grass here is usually green, but cows are already eating hay, instead of happily grazing and we feel sorry for them. Recorded with a Sony PCM M10, built in mics. Lots of wind, and i had to edit out small parts of that recording to avoid strong breezes (but the general sonor landscape is true to what i experienced that day).
Context
This recording was made away from larger towns, about 44 km from the nearest city in our gazetteer.
