Home of Sound in Lvov is a part of bigger cultural institution called LME ‘Lviv radio’. LME ‘Lviv radio’ is a Network (Merezha) for Cultures and Technologies. It is a platform that unites the experiences of art, culture, technology and science for a better quality of the future. Home of Sound is engaged in digitizing analog media and developing its own archival collection, while also taking care of the phonotheque of JSC “UA: PBC” (Joint Stock Company “Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine”). The recording starts with the sound of the lift and continues on the street with streetcar sound, the drone sound coming from the cellar and the bells.
