Recordist's notes
it is recommended to crank up your headphones/amp before listening to this recording as it is rather of a quiet nature. further exploration of the area north of Śrem city, on the windy first day of the new year. This place is so remote that no one can be found taking a walk here. None of my trips have ever encountered a human being here, except for the occasional angler on the river. I climbed up to the hunting blind to drink some tea and to check if it offers any interesting sounds. The wind was blowing very intensely and muffled all the other sounds what I think intensified the feeling of remoteness of this place. The recorder was shielded by the walls of the blind so it very nicely recorded the very strong wind on the outside of the blind, without any interference. The relentless morphing and dynamic form of the wind surrounding the blind. (roland r-07)
