Recordist's notes

During the annual feast of Court-St-Etienne called the braderie, some people were freely gathered in this blind alley and played djembe. This is mandingue music, coming from west cost Africa (Mali, Guinea). They play loudly and lot of people stop their walk in the flea market to listen to them. The troop is called 'Culture mandingue'.
