This is a one-story building with the floor being a concrete ring and with an empty space in the middle so that a lot of reverberation is created in the building and every door slam carries with a lot of energy. the staff of the facility walking in the corridors, doctors answering the phones, patients waiting for their turn to see the doctor and asking questions at the reception.
