Recordist's notes

along the Little Wool stream there a bunch of ponds where fish are farmed. It's a nice walk and the path bustles with various birds who live around the pond. One of the ponds has a big industrial building and a pier. The pond near the pier is quite big and there is a small island on it that is always packed with talkative birds. You can hear them at the distance as the island is quite far from the pier. At around 1:36min there is a sound as if a stone was thrown into the water. It was an interesting event as it came from under the surface of water. All of the sudden a dark, muddy blob surfaced and fall apart making this sound. It started to smell really bad when it happened. (roland r-07)
